For more than 15 years I worked inside manufacturing: plant floors, supply chains, quality, procurement and operations. Not as a consultant who studied the factory, but as the person running it. That is the difference in how I approach transformation.
I have run plant operations end to end, led R&D from fibre to finished product, implemented S&OP where none existed, and rebuilt purchasing around what the plant actually needs. I have configured and run ERP systems including SAP, and put live production monitoring on the floor.
In 2026 I led two enterprise engagements through a boutique technology consultancy: an AI assessment and use case prioritisation for a global specialty chemicals manufacturer, and an AI readiness assessment for a leading Indian textile and paper manufacturer.
